Fit Kitchen was launched in 2015, catering for just a handful of local gym friends who were inspired by my dedication to eating clean and training hard. They asked me to prepare their food along with mine and drop it off for them. Soon the word got around, and I outgrew my home kitchen!
We now deliver thousands of freshly prepared, nutritiously balanced meals nationwide through the Fit Kitchen website and app, to a growing customer base of more than 17,000 people on a weekly basis. We’ve also just opened the first Fit Kitchen store in the heart of London, offering Covid-safe delivery and collection.
Yes! Training for esthetics requires a fine balance of nutrition and the right kind of workout. This is what motivated me to further study nutrition and also qualify as a personal trainer. It was important for me to be able to understand the relationship between the two.
Yes. Our staff are trained to help customers make the best nutritional choices for their needs. We have built professional support into our ecosystem of customer service. We are constantly developing this, from offering 24-hour phone support and live chat to being super-responsive to customer queries.

You could order three Fit Kitchen meals a day and have them delivered to your door, and it can often be cheaper than shopping for the ingredients and cooking at home. You can eat Fit Kitchen three times a day for less than £15.
Yes. Heating and serving instructions are included in the delivery.
I’m trying to lead by example and I cycle 20 miles a day to the store and back. I am a firm believer in businesses being a force for positive social and environmental change. We use compostable packaging and actively write to all our new customers to ensure they are aware they can ethically and sustainably dispose of the packaging. We use recycled materials wherever possible.
We also have an animal welfare policy and have signed up for the Better Chicken campaign, too.
We deliver all over the UK. Greater London and outside are covered via next-day DHL delivery, and we deliver hot food within the hour across central London from our Farringdon store.
We’ll be delivering even more great-tasting, guilt-free food to more cities with our within-the-hour deliveries, and maybe even taking some inspiration from “curbside” pickup (where you wait in your car and staff bring out your order to you). Watch this space!
