We’ve created accessible programs like the Mastery of Habits for Weight Loss, which is the ultimate 12-week weight loss program focused on learning and implementing the habits that help women overcome insulin resistance so they can lose weight for good. This program is delivered in short, digestible video and audio format with just enough information to help women understand nutrition paired with the action tasks that help them put it into action in a meaningful way. We also run a 14-Day Sugar Detox Program that helps women ditch the sugar cravings that all too often derail their weight loss efforts. This is often a great first step for those who feel addicted to sweets or sugar and they almost immediately notice a difference in reduced cravings.
