At NUUDA, we start with science of nutrition and build from flavour. Every bundle is designed in collaboration with our in-house nutritionists, ensuring that each ingredient supports a specific function, whether it’s fibre for gut health, protein for recovery, or key micronutrients for hormone balance.
We then work hand in hand with our amazing team of chefs to make sure every dish delivers on taste and texture, because healthy eating should be joyful, not restrictive. Convenience is then built in, meals are freshly prepared in small batches, and then frozen to lock in nutrients. Allowing people to eat well even on their busiest days.
Our approach means we can meet the needs of different demographics, new parents, menopausal women, or those seeking energy and clarity, without compromising on quality or enjoyment. NUUDA really is real food with nothing to hide!

Sustainability has been at the heart of everything we do, since day one, but building a fully ethical, low impact supply chain is an ongoing process that requires constant refinement.
One of the biggest challenges is balancing sustainability with scale. We work with trusted UK suppliers who prioritise soil health, animal welfare, and regenerative farming, but as we’ve grown, ensuring consistent availability whilst keeping logistics low-carbon has required creativity and strong supplier partnerships.
Our success comes from collaboration. We track the carbon footprint of every dish with My Emissions, and have implemented zero waste kitchen practices, and support peatland restoration through our partnership with The Future Forest Company. These initiatives have not only reduced our environmental impact but have also inspired our customers to make more carbon conscious choices.

Becoming a Certified B Corporation formalised values we’ve held from the very beginning, transparency, responsibility, and impact. It acts as both a benchmark and a motivator, ensuring every decision we make considers people and the planet.
This certification has deepened our relationships with our customers and suppliers who share similar principles and internally, it’s strengthened our culture, reminding our team that every meal we create is part of a bigger movement for change.

Balancing personalisation with scalability comes down to smart systems and flexible design. With NUUDA, we’ve built a modular approach, our nutritionists have designed and reviewed all our products to help create core meal plans around key health goals (like gut health or weight management), and our digital quiz tailors those plans to individual dietary needs and preferences.
This structure allows us to offer a truly personalised experience at scale. In a survey conducted by Optimum Nutrition, 26% of UK adults said that they find nutritional advice confusing and conflicting (ion.ac.uk).
With NUUDA, Customers feel seen and supported, while our kitchen maintains consistency, quality, and operational efficiency. It’s where human expertise meets intelligent automation, and it’s a big part of how we see the future of nutrition.

Expanding into home delivery meant rethinking everything, from packaging to preservation - without ever compromising on nutrition or taste.
Our key strategy was to invest in freezing for freshness. Every meal is cooked from scratch in small batches, then frozen immediately to lock in nutrients and flavour, eliminating the need for preservatives. This allows us to serve the same chef quality, nutritionist-designed meals to individuals at home, as we do to teams in offices or at events.
We’ve also standardised portioning, implemented rigorous testing, and used sustainable delivery methods that minimise handling time and temperature fluctuation. Whether we’re catering for a boardroom or a family kitchen, our mission remains the same: to deliver food that nourishes body and mind.
