So – you tried Freshology and it didn’t do it for you? You’re not alone.
Whatever it is, you’re here to get the full breakdown on how to cancel your Freshology plan. I’ve experienced most of the services Freshology has to offer (you can read my thoughts in my full Freshology review), and found that canceling my Balanced plan was extremely easy. Truthfully, I didn’t have too many issues with the Balanced plan but – no offense, Freshology – canceling is just one of the things I do in the name of meal-delivery reviewing!
Freshology’s cancellation process is among the most simple of any meal delivery services I’ve tried. You can either call them up and ask to cancel – which gives you immediate confirmation that your subscription is ended – or shoot off an email with a cancellation request.
No matter how you go about canceling, make sure you take action before Monday 12 pm EST if you pick up your food, or Friday at 12 pm EST if you’re a home-delivery customer.
Getting your first meal subscription delivery is a great feeling. The food is fresh and exciting, and you’re saving so much time by not shopping for groceries or preparing food. Fast forward a month or two, and maybe you’re ready to try something a bit different. That’s totally valid.
If you’ve canceled your Freshology subscription, there are plenty of great alternatives that might hit your sweet spot instead.
Nutrisystem’s weight-loss plans make it easy to diet without having to think about it. The food doesn’t scream “low cal” and since the program is designed for you to eat five or six times a day (no, that’s not a typo), there’s little chance of you going hungry. If anything, I found myself eating more often than I had before on the Uniquely Yours plan.
With more than 160 options, it has a good range of meals and snacks. Unless you have strict food requirements, you’ll find more than enough choice to keep you full and happy.
Since this is a weight-loss plan, there are some restrictions. If you want to know more, I wrote all about it in my Nutrisystem review.
Sun Basket’s Lean & Clean plan is Paleo-friendly and focused on whole, organic, and responsibly sourced foods. This meal plan is ideal for those who have long-term, weight-loss goals, and eat an organic diet. All meals are dietitian-reviewed and are less than 600 calories each.

HelloFresh has a lot going for it. It’s one of the most well-known meal prep delivery brands, which makes it one of the biggest players on the market. It has four plans, including its low-calorie plan, which is great for anyone looking to manage their weight.
I tried out HelloFresh for a while to see if it lived up to the hype. Read my full HelloFresh review to get the full scoop on this meal prep service.
Freshology makes it easy to eat healthy and delicious meals that require minimal effort on your part. But it’s not the only option out there. If Freshology isn’t the one for you, it’s easy to cancel your subscription. And should you decide to look elsewhere, there are plenty of great alternatives that might be exactly what you’re looking for.
