In the past decaffeinated coffee has had a bad reputation but thanks to new technology, better beans and passionate roasteries we can now enjoy a full coffee taste. In this interview DeliveryRank heard from Alexandra Zubarev, Public Relation Manager with No Coffee about their 100% naturally decaffeinated coffee.
No Coffee was founded in 2020 with headquarters in Erfurt. Since then, they have been producing decaffeinated coffee in cooperation with Markt 11 in Jena. Thanks to 100% natural decaffeination - using only pure water - almost all the flavours remain in the bean. The promise: Finally, a decaf with full flavour.
A lot has happened since then. There are not only completely decaffeinated products, but also partially decaffeinated products (Low Coffee and Low Espresso) and completely compostable capsules.

Coffee has many great properties, nearly none of them are due to caffeine.
There are also many people who cannot handle caffeine, but drink coffee because of the smell and taste. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, patients with autoimmune diseases (e.g. Hashimoto's) or people with irregular hormonal balance, as well as many others, can have problems with too much caffeine.
