Prospre was a concept that came to me when I competed in my first bodybuilding competition. It was difficult to get the hang of hitting my protein and calorie goal every day without eating bland foods for most meals.
Health authorities agree that variety is a very important factor in a healthy diet, but it’s hard to introduce variety when trying to maintain the same nutrient intake day after day. I wanted an app where I could input my macro goals, and get a healthy meal plan that could achieve my targets, using more flavorful and nutrient-dense foods.
I didn’t want to think about how much of any ingredient I was going to eat, I just wanted to know that the recipes within the plan would be recipes that I would enjoy.
Prospre is a meal planning app that helps people create fully customized meal plans that hit your macros with the help of software. Rather than spending a significant amount of time planning out your meals, you can set Prospre up to instantly generate meal plans that work for you.
Prospre also provides an automatic grocery list, the ability to fit in treats, and helpful guidance on how to change your diet and hit your fitness goals on time.
App ratings can be helpful or harmful for any app on the App Store. Of course, it’s nice to receive positive reviews because they show that people benefit from the product and that they like what we have worked so hard to build.
On the other hand, while negative reviews can potentially turn off new users, they also alert us to problems that need attention. Many users who give negative reviews are willing to change their rating once we’ve adequately responded to their concerns, which is a win for both of us.

A macro-based diet is a portion control method that relies on keeping track of the number of grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates that you’re eating throughout a day. These three nutrients are known as macronutrients, and they’re responsible for calories in our food.
Since calories are responsible for weight loss, gain, and maintenance, counting macros is similar to counting calories for weight control. The added benefit of macro-based dieting is that you can experiment with your energy sources to find what macronutrient distribution works best for you.

The future of the diet industry will be products that help people to find foods that will help them live a healthy life. Future diets are going to have to be personalized, sustainable, and realistic.
