Vivoo is a wellness brand that includes a mobile app and a urine test kit to guide you to make healthier decisions and lead a healthier lifestyle.
The urine test takes just two minutes and you can do it from the comfort of your home. Our mobile app then scans the results. Our algorithm tracks the color changes on the urine test and helps you to track your specific body parameters, such as hydration, urine pH, ketone levels, etc. In addition to this, it provides personalized recommendations so you can actually take action on your well-being.
One pack of Vivoo comes with four tests, one for each week of the month. Our best-seller is the 12-month subscription. It really is a flexible and personal journey, depending on how in-depth a client wants to go with the data. Some people only use the tests when they have a concern about something, and others prefer to keep track of their results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
We can’t compare blood and urine tests directly as certain things can only be detected with a blood test. However, for metrics that can be tested by both, a urine test is a lot faster, less invasive, and less expensive. Vivoo is 90-95% accurate depending on which parameter is being tracked.
The blood test is overall perhaps more accurate and more sensitive but also requires a medical professional to draw the blood, and the results can take a few days to process. Urine tests, on the other hand, are readily available, provide immediate results, and, in Vivoo’s case, can be performed at home.
In terms of general well-being, all the parameters play an important role. Some of the parameters that I most commonly check are hydration levels, white blood cells, ketones, and pH.
Not at this point, however, we’ll soon be launching a new product for pregnant women. It won’t detect pregnancy but will monitor certain parameters during pregnancy, for example, hydration levels, calcium, etc. It will offer guidance on your nutrition and body’s needs throughout your pregnancy.
This is something we took into careful consideration when creating Vivoo. All of our packaging is made from recycled materials and for our tests, we haven’t used any plastic and use organic materials wherever possible.
Nutrigenomics teaches us how we are different from each other, how our bodies metabolize the foods we eat, and what our unique personal nutritional requirements are.
It’s a really interesting area but currently, we only have urine tests available and therefore cannot perform these tests. Genomics and nutrigenomics are definitely going to be included in the Vivoo family in the near future.
Our advice algorithm not only scans your analysis data, but also your registered data (age, weight, diseases, eating habits, activity levels, smoking, and alcohol consumption). Each time someone performs a Vivoo test and gets advice, the customer can give feedback on this advice. This way, the app can give you nutritional advice based not only on your analysis data but also on the tastes and habits you’ve recorded.
Our algorithms provide advice that was created by our highly qualified doctors and dietitians. The advice is not only fun and engaging to read, but it’s all based on science-backed evidence.
We have a customer happiness team that communicates directly with customers. We always prioritize problems or requests, and every morning our customer happiness team checks customer feedback. They then forward each comment to the relevant department, i.e., the technical department, dietitians, or nutritionists, and problems or questions are resolved or answered within 24hrs.
Our business model is based on a multi-channeled marketing strategy as we focus on business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), and direct to consumer (DTC). We reach customers from multiple channels with the use of digital marketing, partnership marketing, and email marketing.
Most of our customers are health-conscious people who are aware of their well-being.
We score a 4.8 rating on the US app, something which we’re really proud of. We have more than 600 ratings on the App Store. Ratings are how we track customer satisfaction. We also feature on Google Play and Amazon (among others), where our ratings are equally as high.
