But while the WonderSlim diet is quick and convenient, it also relies on a lot of heavily processed food.

WonderSlim’s meals are shelf-stable because they’re loaded with preservatives and artificial colorings. Best Breakfast: Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix

This is 1 of the most complicated meals on the WonderSlim menu, as you have to cook the pancakes on a stovetop after adding water to the mix. But when you’re done, you get to enjoy a pancake breakfast that has 12 grams of protein and just 120 calories. The Chocolate Chip flavor has 140 calories, but for chocolate, I’ll take an extra 20 calories.

Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix is available in Original, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip flavors. If you can’t decide, you can always order the Variety pack and try them all.

Best Meals & Entrees: Vegan Curry

WonderSlim’s vegan curry comes in 2 flavors, Lentil and Vegan Chicken. Both recipes offer 15 g of plant-based protein with 4 g of fiber, 1 g of fat, and no added gluten or sugar. Put a packet in a bowl with 6 oz of lukewarm water, microwave for 3 minutes, stir, and you have a lunch or dinner that’s more filling than you would expect from 100-110 calories.

These curries have fewer artificial ingredients than many of WonderSlim’s other meals, though they do contain artificial colors and Polysorbate-80, a preservative commonly found in processed foods.

Best Snacks: Pea Protein Snacks

WonderSlim's Pea Protein Chips are a light, nutritious alternative to junk food.
