As the owner of BreathTap Wellness, what inspired you to create a coaching program that combines mind and body transformation with a "healthy dose of bad-assery"?

I would have never thought that I'd be coaching people for personal development.  When I first began my journey, it was 2017.  I didn't even realize I was even on a journey of personal development.  The phrase "you don't know, what you don't know" comes to mind.  I had no idea I was getting in my own way, holding myself back with limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome.  I had no idea that my thoughts were literally creating my reality and impacting my daily life.  Fast forward a couple years, and after experiencing significant shifts in my life, I knew I just had to share with others.  That is what led to me coaching others and helping them realize the power they have within them!

As a personal coach at BreathTap Wellness, how do you define "bad-assery" in the context of personal development?

Yes, a healthy dose of bad-assery is great for everyone!  In all seriousness, everyone has the potential to create happiness, health, and wealth in their lives.  Regardless, of where they are starting.  The only thing holding them back is their own limiting beliefs and negative mindset.  Perspective and mindset is everything!  Once people realize they don't have to be victims of circumstance or negative thought patterns, it truly is amazing to see them shift and transform into "bad-asses" in their own lives.  Bad ass meaning, they are going after their dreams.  They are creating happiness from within and not depending on external circumstances for validation, approval, or joy.  They are creating their own joy, and that is truly bad-ass!

What led you to specialize in mind and body transformation as a personal coach?

As I was going through my own transformation and creating greatness in my life I realized there are pillars of health and wellness to focus on.  Mindset is first and foremost.  You need to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel.  In addition, I focus on other pillars of health such as nutrition, sleep, relationships/social connection, and getting grounded in the outdoors.  I found that focusing on these pillars of health truly help people transform their lives in amazing ways!

Breathwork is a central element of your coaching approach. How does incorporating breathwork techniques contribute to the overall mind and body transformation of your clients?

Breathwork is amazing for pulling people out of their hectic mindsets or the "monkey mind".  It's great for getting grounded and creating coherence in the body and mind.  You can instantly shift out of a stressful state with breathwork.  You can get into a meditative state with breathwork.  Breathwork is an amazing catalyst for creating greatness and rewiring the brain for more of that which you desire.  

Lastly, how do you measure the success of your coaching program, and what indicators do you look for to ensure that clients have achieved genuine mind and body transformation?

I measure my success as a coach by soliciting honest feedback from my clients.  The beautiful thing is that many of the clients I work with experience shifts and transformations fairly quickly.  It's truly amazing to see someone actually shift during a coaching session and this happens quite frequently.  I always engage my clients to see where they are at, where they want to be and what is holding them back.  I document their progress and they typically share regular feedback with me which is powerful!
